The OX DENMARQ Suppliers Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is the foundation for our efforts to improve our Supply Chain and business to be more ethic and environmental friendly. The Code of Conduct outlines the requirements we put on our suppliers.
Our Suppliers Code of Conduct focus on the following principles:

I. Working conditions and labour rights

• The rights of freedom of Association and collective bargaining

• Fair remuneration • Occupational health and safety

• Special protection for young workers

• No Bonded labour

• No discrimination

• Decent working hours

• No child labour

• No precarious employment

II. Environmental and ethical standards

• Protection of the environment

• Ethical business behaviour

Currently, we only work with suppliers from the EU where it must be expected that solid institutional frameworks are in place to secure that all EU rules with respect to labour and environmental issues are respected.

The fact that our often highly specialised suppliers are working and producing our products within the EU also allows us to spend a lot of time with them and to actively contribute to secure that the production of our products is carried out in an environmentally friendly way.
