The following terms apply to all purchases from OXDENMARQ.com. The terms apply in the absence of any other written agreements between the buyer and OXDENMARQ.com.
Collection of products
The buyer shall inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt. The carrier shall be notified immediately of any complaints and/or visible transport damage which shall also be stated on the delivery note/consignment note immediately after receipt of the products. Failing this, the Buyer is not entitled to rely on such defects as against OX DENMARQ.
Complaints regarding non-visible transport damage shall be made in writing to and reach OX DENMARQ no later than six days from the date of delivery. Failing this, the claim is rejected.
Warranty
A two-year warranty is provided against manufacturing defects in standard products (materials and designs).
The warranty shall be valid for two years from the date of dispatch.
The warranty does not extend to ordinary wear and tear, wear of or damage to upholstery and surfaces (including surface finish) nor damage caused by wrongful and/or insufficient maintenance. For the purpose of this provision, standard products shall mean the products specified and directly priced in the price list published by OX DENMARQ.
The warranty shall also lapse if the products show signs of incorrect or extreme use or other physical damage.
Returns
OX DENMARQ accept returns. When you return goods to OXDENMARQ.com, you will be required to pay for return postage, unless we have made a mistake with your purchase. Please contact order@oxdenmarq.com prior to returning your goods. You must return the item no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please include a copy of the original invoice attached to the package in the return shipment.
We do not accept items that have been in use. Original packaging must be returned in a condition that makes a new sale possible. The customer is responsible for the arrival of the goods in same condition as received. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.
If you regret your purchase, the amount will be refunded by transfer to your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for withdrawal. It is therefore important that we know your registration number and account number. It is not a requirement, but the expedition will be enhanced if adequate information is included in the package.
